After graduation, I attended Columbia Nursing School in Milwaukee. After that graduation, I worked at Columbia Hospital for 7 years, plus I worked a year in Denver at the Colorado Medical Center as an RN. After marrying my husband, Bill, in 1971 and after our 3 daughters were born, I became a stay-at-home mom. Our daughters and their activities, along with volunteering in the schools and community were very busy and fulfilling times. Now, I am involved with Special Olympics, but find time for my hobbies, such as gardening, reading (belong to a book group), horses, traveling, etc. My darling husband, Bill, of 33 years is the CEO of Kings Way Homes in Milwaukee, a residential construction firm. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
