Jackie LeCloux Brusky

After graduation, I went to Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh for a year. In 1967,1 married William Brusky, and we moved to Madison. In 1968, we moved back to Algoma and resided there until 1987. I went back to school at NWTC and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1970. In 1978, I went back to NWTC and graduated as an Registered Nurse in 1980. In 1985,1 began working in Sturgeon Bay at the Door County Memorial Hospital. In 1987 we moved to Sturgeon Bay and built a new home, where we presently reside. I am still employed at Door County Memorial Hospital in the surgical department. Recently, we listed our house and upon the sale of it, we are planning on building a retirement home in the Southern Door area of Door County where we own some land. Bill works at Bay Shipbuilding Company in Sturgeon Bay as a lead-man supervisor of the pipe shop. I am looking forward to retirement and doing many of the things I put on hold for many years.
