After graduation, I went to college at Oshkosh. I transferred to New York, and in 1969, I left for Oslo, Norway. I went to the University of Oslo getting a degree in English. I then worked as a translator and later at the Norwegian Folk Museum for eleven years. I worked primarily in historical photographs and exhibitions. I am now living in Oslo. My husband was a scientist working primarily with safety problems in the North Sea (oil development) and satellite and space problems (European Space Agency). My husband passed away two years ago leaving me a widow. I have two sons who are both in journalism. One works for Reuters (economy) and the other is into research. My daughter is a teacher. I am looking forward to seeing my high school classmates after all these years.
